Mr. Akinkunle Akinbisola is the Founder and President of Youth Employ and Development Initiative (YEDI) a community driven, non-profit organization dedicated to educating, enlightening and empowering youth across the African continent through summits, clubs and forums. He was raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Stephen attended elementary and high school in the area and participated in community programs throughout the city. He was brought up in a household where education was very important and taught to be powerful; after graduating from high school, Akin obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Abuja, Nigeria.

In addition to operating Youth Employ and Development Initiative, he works with a Printing and Branding service company, and an active participant in a few non-profit organization projects. During his days at the University, he hosted summits, workshops and skill acquisition trainings for students which birthed Youth Employ and Development Initiative in 2015. In 2018, the organization became a fully registered organization with great support from his community, family and friends. He has also hosted summits in line with the United Nations drive for more youth inclusion and participation in recognition of the enormous capacity of the youth to enhance societal development.

A passionate advocate for Youth Development and mentoring, Stephen through his organization initiated a unique capacity building program called Youth Employ Business Club to empower a new generation of dynamic leaders who will transform Nigeria’s social sector and position the sector for greater impact through their businesses and careers.
